Lottery funding

MHMS has received an award from the Heritage Lottery Fund to enable the gathering and processing of historical data relating to 20 local streets. The award will also fund exhibitions, educational activities and this website, as well as to support our growing volunteer group.

Play tag

With the cooperation of Brighton & Hove City Council and the Brighton History Centre team we now offer online access to the City’s historic directories, a key MyHouseMyStreet resource. Anyone can now browse the directories. You can also Register for an account and Play Tag, which makes them even more useful.
